The Sufis are a severely deviated group that have gone to extremes in abandoning worldly pleasures based on having "love" for Allaah. They have fallen into innovation and many of them have fallen into major shirk. They have been warned against by Islamic scholars throughout history who have studied their belief system and condemned their heretical acts.
