I found that I prefer the taste of soy milk for some reason. Anyways my parents have a rule where they will not buy something different just because one member likes it if we want something different we pay for it ourselves, and they all drink regular milk. So I was wondering if there are any benefits of soy milk compared to regular milk before I start buying it, or if I should just stay with regular milk. Weird question, I know. But thanks in advance!
